The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join our passionate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s development through engaging play, planned activities, and a nurturing approach that puts the child at the center of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver a range of creative and stimulating activities based on the EYFS framework.
  • Support the learning and development of children aged 0–5 years.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide a high standard of care and education.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Previous experience in an early years setting.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding care and education for young children.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach.
  • A DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
