You’ll ensure clinical excellence across the home, support with CQC compliance, and drive best practice in specialist care. Importantly, you’ll be a visible presence on the floor, mentoring, guiding, and empowering staff to deliver outstanding care every day.This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity. Whether it’s managing specialist care pathways, supporting with the commissioning of a major new service, or balancing clinical and operational priorities, you’ll bring expertise, resilience, and vision.What We’re Looking For
