Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: 53,500
Location: Leeds
Shifts: 4-week rolling shift pattern / 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am


Shift Rotation:

Week 1: Tuesday - Friday - nights, Saturday - Sunday - off

Week 2: Monday - Tuesday - days, Wednesday-Thursday - off, Friday-Saturday - days

Week 3: Sunday - Monday - night, Tuesday - off, Wednesday - Thursday - days, Friday - focus day (focus on what the team needs to do)

Week 4: 10 days off, then the pattern repeats again

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a global drinks manufacturing company based in Leeds? Ideally Engineers will have worked within a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as food or FMCG. This role is key to keeping the production facilities running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Role:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery
  • Working with different teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and quality procedures
  • Conducting equipment checks and keeping accurate maintenance records
  • Supporting the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
  • Providing technical support and guidance to production staff when needed
  • Looking for ways to improve processes and boost operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent - ideally apprentice trained
  • Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blue prints & schematics
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
