- We are seeking a maintenance electrician for a permanent position based in the Leeds area, offering a salary of £33,100.
- The role involves 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, focusing on electrical maintenance within a large-scale estate.
- Key responsibilities include completing PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, lighting, controls, and basic plumbing tasks.
- Candidates must be qualified Electrical Engineers with NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2, ideally holding the 18th edition certification and having previous maintenance experience.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to pass a DBS check are also required for this position.
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
Ideally 18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Able to pass DBS
