We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering maintenance and compliance works for a social housing provider in West Yorkshire.
Role Overview:
As an Electrician, you will carry out electrical repairs, installations, and testing within occupied and void properties, ensuring all work meets current regulations and high standards of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in social housing properties.
Conduct fault finding and testing in line with BS7671 regulations.
Complete EICRs and certification accurately.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
18th Edition qualification (essential).
Experience in social housing or similar environments.
Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
Excellent customer service skills and professional approach.
