Are you an organised and proactive coordinator looking to build your career in housing development?

We're looking for a Development Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of new housing developments by providing reliable coordination, administration, and communication across a range of projects.

What you'll do:

  • Provide excellent coordination and administration support for development activities, including managing accurate data across our housing and project management systems
  • Carry out research and investigation work for development and asset related activities as required
  • Help manage project data, track progress and support compliance with key policies
  • Assist with the preparation and administration of key internal meetings that involve development papers and schemes
  • Attend site meetings and assist with property handovers
  • Manage key systems and documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders and provide timely support to help meet project targets
  • Support customer satisfaction work, including surveys and managing defect processes
  • Take responsibility for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with statutory and legal requirements and keep up to date with regulation and legislative changes

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a customer-facing service role, ideally within a housing association, local authority, Housebuilder or similar industry.
  • A strong administrator and coordinator who works well as part of a team and supports others effectively
  • Strong communicator, able to work with a range of people and convey information clearly and professionally
  • Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also working independently managing tasks
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to take practical steps to resolve issues with support from the team.
  • Comfortable working with IT systems and following procedures
