This isn't your usual finance gig, it's where you can really add value.
You're not here to babysit Excel sheets. You're here to dig through them, challenge what you see, and help steer a fast-scaling challenger brand that's built around ethics, innovation, and a serious love of good food.
Their product is plant-based, chef-crafted, zero compromise. It's stocked in some of the UK's best-known supermarkets and served in places you've probably eaten, and they're just getting started.
Here's what you'll actually do:
- Analyse sales vs forecast on a weekly basis and tell the commercial team what's real and what's fluff.
- Tackle everything from raw material cost variances to margin analysis and depot growth trends.
- Build pricing and tender models that don't crumble when reality hits.
- Be the commercial conscience behind NPD, retenders, and customer pricing strategies.
- Work alongside ops, production and sales to influence decisions, not just report on them.
This brand's got purpose, punch, and personality. You'll be joining a team that's hands-on, fast-thinking, and unapologetically ambitious.
You'll be in the thick of it and get to see where the magic happens. You'll have the best of both worlds - working in an SME environment but also operating as part of a larger group.
You need to bring:
- Real commercial finance chops, this isn't an entry-level role.
- Confidence to challenge what you see, ask the awkward questions, and back it up with data.
- An eye for margin, cost, and opportunity. And a brain that sees trends before they hit the P&L.
What you'll get:
- An annual salary of £35-40k + study support.
- Working close enough to the city centre for a wander in, but far enough away that you have free on site parking.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Corporate discount benefits.
You'll work directly with the FD, influence the C-suite, and be right at the beating heart of growth.
