Job Title: Clinical Negligence SolicitorLocation: LeedsSalary: £32,000 to £50,000Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including settlement or trial.
Conduct thorough investigations, including reviewing medical records, liaising with medical experts, and assessing the viability of claims.
Draft key legal documents such as letters of claim, witness statements, pleadings, and schedules of loss.
Negotiate settlements through pre-action protocols and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Prepare cases for litigation, ensuring all court deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring they are fully supported and informed.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional legal services while upholding the firm's strong reputation.
