An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the Leeds office of a nationally recognised law firm known for its commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to individuals and their families.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative team led by a respected senior partner, you will manage your own clinical negligence caseload, while also assisting on high-value, multi-track cases. The team specialises in serious injury matters, often securing interim payments to support rehabilitation, care packages and suitable accommodation for clients before settlement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of complex clinical negligence claims from instruction through to resolution
Assist senior solicitors on catastrophic injury cases involving brain and spinal injuries
Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients in often emotionally sensitive situations
Utilise strong analytical and commercial skills to identify key legal issues and outcomes
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the best results for clients
Actively contribute to the continued success and growth of the clinical negligence department

About You

As the successful candidate, you will be a qualified Solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE and a demonstrable track record in clinical negligence litigation. You will have:

Experience handling or assisting on multi-track, high-value clinical negligence claims
A client-focused approach with the ability to offer compassionate, clear advice
Strong attention to detail and case management skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in claimant clinical negligence law
