Introduction:
Our client, a successful tech company based in Leeds, is recruiting for a driven Customer Success Manager to join their team as a 12-month maternity cover. Specialising in cyber security, service solutions and data infrastructure, this client works with businesses on a national basis to support them in their tech needs.
Although initially starting as a maternity cover, there is a high possibility it will be extended to a permanent role due to company growth.

Duties and responsibilities:
As Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding and support throughout their journey. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the long-term success of the business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Arranging and attending monthly meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Following up on any customer issues, coordinating internally to reach resolution.
- Manage Customer Renewals, negotiating and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Providing quote and invoices for customers, vendors and distributors.
- Administrative responsibilities: onboarding and offboarding on HubSpot.
Skills and Attributes of a Customer Success Manager:
- Essential: Previous experience in Customer Success, account management or similar roles
- Strong communication and relationship building
- A customer-centric mindset.
- Motivation and problem-solving skills.
