Job Description

D365 CE Functional Consultant (Mid/Senior Level)

Established MS Partner with a broad and growing project pipeline covering multiple industries, this role allows the successful candidate to further their career, enhance their skill-set and play a key role in various D365 CE & Power Platform Projects!

You will be responsible for delivering effective customer-focused solutions and support to a wide-range of clients using Dynamics 365 CE, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with like-minded, skilled colleagues and work with emerging technologies.

Role & Responsibilities

Engage with internal/external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and customisation's.
Design and configure D365 CE to meet client needs.
Create and maintain documentation.
Provide training and support.

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years experience working with Dynamics CRM.
Experience working with Sales/Customer Service Modules
Excellent knowledge of Power Platform, Azure and other MS Products.
Strong communication skills.
