Location: LS16 | Full-Time (4 or 5 Days per Week)

Whether you're Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, if you're committed to delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting children's learning and development across the seven areas of the EYFS
Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote the Characteristics of Effective Learning
Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team
Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress using the EYFS framework
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
What We're Looking For:
A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)
A genuine passion for working with children aged 0-5
Knowledge of safeguarding, child development, and the EYFS
A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude
Someone who's reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to grow
