About the Role

We are seeking a Litigation Fee Earner to join our dynamic legal team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of litigation matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including civil, commercial, or property disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to provide clear and effective legal advice.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve successful resolutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Litigation Fee Earner or in a similar legal role.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and relevant legal principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Legal qualifications (LLB, LPC, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
