Paralegal - Real EstateLocation: LeedsSalary: £25,000 - £30,000Job Type: PermanentAbout the Firm/Role:A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking experienced Paralegals to join its busy and expanding Commercial Property team in Leeds.This is not an entry-level position-successful candidates will have prior experience supporting a commercial property or real estate legal team. You'll be part of a high-performing group, supporting lawyers across a variety of real estate work, including landlord and tenant matters, land registry requisitions, and post-completion tasks.The firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment, excellent training and development opportunities, and a genuine focus on employee wellbeing and progression.About You:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal in a commercial property, conveyancing, or real estate team is essential
  • Solid understanding of real estate transactions and post-completion work
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Comfortable working with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
