- Serve as a key point of contact for franchisee partners and area sales surveyors, answering queries, providing solutions and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with franchisee partners, area sales surveyors, fostering a collaborative environment and serving as an advocate for their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve systems and processes.
- Administer system changes on time, ensuring all systems reflect accurate information (including order amendments/ urgent door requirements/cancellations/availability (sickness, holiday, starters/leavers).
- Work with the infield teams to reduce incorrect measures.Â
- Maintain our franchisee and area sales surveyor territories and working patterns using Microsoft Dynamics, challenging any changes which may reduce capacity/revenue contribution.
- Contribute towards despatch and sales revenue, leveraging strong relationships to influence earlier order placement and work with our operations team to aid dispatched revenue.
- Previous experience in an energetic, fast-paced sales environment in either a support or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to review data carefully and flag discrepancies or potential issues for further investigation.
