About the Role

As our School Business Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership team, overseeing the school’s financial management, HR, premises, and administrative functions. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school and contribute to its long-term strategic development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Manage HR processes including recruitment, payroll, and staff wellbeing
  • Oversee site management, health & safety, and compliance
  • Support the Headteacher and Governors with strategic planning
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of school resources
