Overview:
A leading building services consultancy is seeking a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join their team in Leeds. The role involves coordinating detailed MEP models across a wide range of projects, working closely with engineers and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, fully integrated designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage coordinated MEP Revit models in line with project BIM requirements.

  • Work with engineers and consultants to ensure accurate system layouts and clash-free models.

  • Support BIM Execution Plans and contribute to model standards and QA compliance.

  • Assist with clash detection and coordination reviews using tools like Navisworks.

  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure timely and accurate design delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong Revit MEP experience within building services or construction consultancy.

  • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and BIM Level 2 standards.
