Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor – Leeds (with additional site coverage)Full-time | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits  We’re looking for a proactive and driven EHS Advisor to join our Environment, Health & Safety team in Leeds. In this key role, you’ll provide on-site EHS support for train maintenance operations, while also offering coverage at additional sites when needed.  What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the Customer Services EHS team with responsibilities across management systems, compliance, and operational processes.
  • Assisting in the delivery of the EHS strategy and roadmap in alignment with wider business goals.
  • Leading and supporting investigations to enhance safety practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with site teams and management to ensure effective and consistent EHS practices.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert across auditing, inspections, and governance activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing EHS risks associated with operations, projects, and processes.
  • Maintaining accurate EHS reporting and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
