The Role
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the hotel's commercial and operational performance, ensuring the highest standards of service and profitability across all departments. You will lead, inspire, and develop your management team to deliver an exceptional guest journey consistent with five-star expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving guest service excellence across rooms, spa, and F&B operations.
Leading and mentoring a passionate, professional management team.
Overseeing budgets, P&L, and all financial performance targets.
Ensuring compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and statutory obligations.
Developing the hotel's reputation for quality dining, wellness, and events.
Working closely with ownership to deliver strategic goals and long-term growth.
