What You'll Own:
- Lead and inspire a top-tier payroll team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Redefine and refine payroll processes to drive accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Own relationships with finance, tax, reward, and third-party providers
- Tackle complex requirements (think: executive pay, share schemes, shadow payrolls)
- Be a driving force in payroll transformation and continuous improvement
- Proven experience leading payroll at scale
- Expert-level knowledge of UK legislation (ROI a bonus)
- Advanced Excel and system know-how (ResourceLink? Even better!)
- Sharp eye for detail, solutions-driven mindset, and exceptional people skills
- A proactive self-starter who thrives under pressure and leads by example
