Account Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: up to 30k
Hours: Mon-Fri
Grafton Recruitment are recruiting for an Account Manager for one of our busy, leading clients. One of the fastest-growing and highest rated commercial Energy Suppliers in the UK, based at their Leeds office.
Working within the role, you will also deal with inbound sales enquiries whilst also creating your own outbound opportunities, reporting to the Head of Direct Sales with opportunity to advance into a more senior role depending on performance.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, proactively identifying and creating new business opportunities.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into successful sales.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and email outreach, to generate new leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Accurately record and manage sales data using the company's CRM system.
You will need:
- Direct sales experience
- B2B
- Confident and outgoing
- Can-do attitude
- IT Literate
- Ability to win new business
- Excellent telephone manner
