Harvey Nash are looking for a detail-focused and proactive Digital Supply Chain Asset Analyst to join our clients Digital Commercial team. In this vital role, you'll ensure the accurate tracking, management, and reporting of all digital and IT assets across the organisation, from laptops and mobiles to software and licences.

You'll manage the asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, maintain high-quality asset data, liaise with suppliers, and support internal stakeholders on digital procurement needs. Your work will help deliver critical IT services efficiently, reduce waste, and ensure best value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and audit IT asset registers for hardware, software, and licences

  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure procurement compliance (up to £50,000)

  • Support digital procurement processes and track asset orders from request to payment

  • Analyse asset usage, licence compliance, and spend data to support strategic decisions

  • Ensure policy and data integrity through accurate reporting and stakeholder engagement
