We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Supply Chain Analyst to join our clients IT Commercial team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the management of digital contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring value for money, compliance, and the effective use of digital assets across the organisation.

You'll act as a key liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and partners. Translating business needs into effective contract terms, monitoring performance through KPIs, and supporting procurement and asset lifecycle management. This role also involves analysing digital spend, forecasting budgets, and handling Freedom of Information requests related to digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts up to £15m and award contracts under £50k

  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with policies and data/IT security standards

  • Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, and stakeholder communications

  • Lead on digital asset acquisition, deployment, and disposal

  • Provide accurate budget forecasts and oversee supplier billing and recharging

What We're Looking For:

  • CIPS/Contract Management qualification OR equivalent experience in contract management

  • Proven experience managing complex supplier contracts and assets

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Knowledge of IT and digital environments; experience in public sector procurement desirable
