Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter in an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Experience with assembly, installation, and maintenance of industrial machinery.
Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Health and safety awareness and adherence to safe working practices.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with CNC or automated machinery.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or other mechanical systems.
Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).
