Income Officer position available! 

Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following positions available:

Position:          Income Services Officer

Location:         Leeds

Rate:               £24 per hour via Umbrella

Length:            4 weeks initially

Hours:             37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Minimise rent arrears and other charges by consistently applying income recovery policies and procedures
  • Coordinate legal action when necessary to recover debts and protect the Association’s financial interests
  • Promote customers’ financial wellbeing through proactive engagement, support, and preventative measures
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and contribute to continuous improvement within the Customer Service Team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance asset performance, support sustainable tenancies, and encourage customer involvement in service development

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Driving license and access to car
