As part of their continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a Leeds based eBilling Supervisor to lead a skilled and high-performing team. About the Role:
This position sits within a dynamic finance team and reports to the E-Billing & External Fee Rates Manager. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of eBilling Specialists, Administrators, and an Onboarding Coordinator — ensuring high-quality service delivery, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the eBilling team, managing workload distribution and supporting training and development.
- Monitor team performance and use feedback to implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure all invoices are uploaded promptly and meet client-specific billing requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated queries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Drive process optimisation across the eBilling function, introducing workflow improvements where possible.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to challenge constructively when needed.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a collaborative mindset, natural leadership ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in eBilling and supervising a finance or billing team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid background in accounts or finance, with reconciliation experience.
- Good IT skills and experience using financial systems.
- Strong attention to detail, with a track record of first-time accuracy in data input.
- A self-motivated and driven attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working in a multi-currency or shared service environment is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
