An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a respected and expanding law firm based in Leeds. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience who thrives on handling complex and high-value disputes.
You will work on a diverse caseload, including contractual disputes, shareholder issues, professional negligence, intellectual property and insolvency matters. You'll be joining a collaborative team that values excellence, innovation and commercial awareness.

- Ability to independently manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters
- Demonstrated experience in advising and representing clients in contentious matters

- Excellent legal research and analytical skills to deliver clear, strategic advice
- Proven experience in business development and confidence in face-to-face client engagement
- Professional and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
