- Providing strategic legal advice tailored to client needs
- Supporting junior members of the team through mentoring and guidance
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and file management standards
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to meet client objectives
- Participating in business development and firm-wide initiatives
- 3–6 years PQE with solid experience across a range of commercial property matters
- A strong track record of managing complex transactions
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
