An award-winning, multi-office legal practice is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience to join a supportive, forward-thinking team. This is a Leeds based role offering high levels of flexibility. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership schemes
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Ensuring high standards of client care and regular updates throughout transactions
- Adhering to best practices, internal quality procedures and regulatory standards
- Engaging in business development and relationship-building initiatives
- Participating in regular training and personal development programmes
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to run a full caseload independently and pick up files mid-transaction when needed
- Strong interpersonal and client care skills
- A proactive, positive and solutions-driven mindset
