An award-winning, multi-office legal practice is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience to join a supportive, forward-thinking team. You will handle a diverse and rewarding caseload of residential property matters while benefiting from a collaborative environment that truly values work-life balance and career development.

This is a Leeds based role offering high levels of flexibility. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Right to buy
  • Shared ownership schemes
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • Ensuring high standards of client care and regular updates throughout transactions
  • Adhering to best practices, internal quality procedures and regulatory standards
  • Engaging in business development and relationship-building initiatives
  • Participating in regular training and personal development programmes

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Proven ability to run a full caseload independently and pick up files mid-transaction when needed
  • Strong interpersonal and client care skills
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-driven mindset
