- Running your own caseload of serious injury claims (£150k - £5m+).
- Acting as a technical expert and trusted advisor for your team.
- Drafting pleadings, schedules of loss, and other key legal documents.
- Leading client meetings and working with experts, counsel, and case managers.
- Securing interim payments and rehabilitation to achieve the best outcomes.
- Mentoring and motivating junior lawyers, providing guidance and feedback.
- Supporting the department's growth through business development, networking, and building external relationships.
- Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx (8+ PQE or equivalent).
- Proven track record managing serious/catastrophic injury claims.
- Strong litigation experience and in-depth knowledge of court procedures.
- Passion for client care and helping people through life-changing events.
- Leadership skills - experience mentoring or supervising colleagues.
- Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
- Salary: £49,600 - £72,000 DOE
