Planning Solicitor role
We are looking for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join our well-regarded team. Renowned for delivering clear, commercially strategic, and pragmatic advice, the team offers the flexibility to work either as part of a wider consultancy group or as sole advisers, depending on client needs.
The Role
We will provide you with the opportunity to act on both contentious and non-contentious planning matters including:
- Drafting and negotiating complex s.106 agreements
- Advising on highways issues
- Advising on planning objections and appeals
- Dealing with enforcement matters
- Advising on Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
- Guiding on permitted development rights and the prior approval process
- Telecoms objections
- Town and village green matters
- Providing support on due diligence and the planning aspects of real estate and corporate transactions
