Job Title: Property Litigation Solicitor / AssociateLocation: Leeds City Centre with Hybrid WorkingSalary Range: £60,000 to £80,000 Salary BracketContract: Full Time, PermanentRole Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Handle a varied caseload of property disputes, including but not limited to landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession, and property damage claims.
  • Client Representation: Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
  • Legal Advice: Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients, explaining the legal process and potential outcomes.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with opposing parties to achieve favourable settlements for clients.
  • Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the litigation team and other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services.
  • Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
