Our client is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their in-house legal team in Leeds.
The role involves providing legal advice on various Real Estate issues, including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold work, and development.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset, with a hunger to advance their careers.
While in-house experience is preferred, private practice lawyers with relevant commercial skills will also be considered.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years PQE, with a competitive salary offered based on experience.

Based in Leeds this is a wide and varied position offering exposure to high quality property workIn this position you will be provide legal advice on a diverse amount of Real Estate legal issues, including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold work, Landlord & Tenant and development work.The successful candidate must be able to point to strong communication skills and good business and commerciality skills. You will need to be hungry and ambitious and keen to push your career forward in a vibrant, fast moving in-house legal department.In-house experience would be desirable, but the client would consider a private practice lawyer looking to move in-house who could point to good business and commercial skills.
