Achieve Professionals are looking to speak with experienced and enthusiastic Employment Solicitors to join a well established Legal 500 firm based in Leeds.

Job Description

We are working with a highly respected [Legal 500 / award-winning] firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service across all areas of law. The Employment team is known for its expertise, supportive culture, and ability to handle a wide range of complex matters for both employers and employees.

Role Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and TUPE matters.
  • Handling contentious work such as Employment Tribunal claims, unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, settlement agreements, and staff policies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice.

Candidate Requirements

  • Either newly qualified or 6 years PQE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels of seniority internally and externally
  • Track record of providing excellent standards of client care and the desire to exceed clients expectations
  • Excellent technical experience
