These schools are committed to raising aspirations and supporting students from a variety of backgrounds, including those from disadvantaged or underrepresented communities.Each school offers:* A nurturing and respectful environment* Strong leadership teams focused on staff development* A commitment to student welfare and academic progress* Opportunities for mentoring, pastoral support, and subject-specific interventionsGraduate Learning Mentor - the role:As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you'll provide academic and emotional support to students who may be struggling to engage with their learning. Working under the guidance of teaching staff, you'll support pupils in 1:1 or small group sessions, helping them build confidence and overcome barriers to success.There is sructured onboarding and ongoing support from both the school and Aspire People. We offer access to training, CPD, and future teacher training pathways.Graduate Learning Mentor - responsibilities:* Support students with learning, engagement, and behaviour* Deliver tailored intervention sessions in core subjects (English, Maths, etc.)* Assist in planning activities and tracking student progress* Mentor students with additional learning needs or from disadvantaged backgrounds* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teamsGraduate Learning Mentor - requirements:* A recent graduate (2:1 or above) in any academic subject from a top UK university* Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for education* Resilient, empathetic, and adaptable* Prior experience with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, volunteering) is desirable * Committed to a long-term role in educationGraduate Learning Mentor - how to apply:If this Graduate Learning Mentor role sounds like something you would be interested in, please don't hesitate to apply.
