Welding Lecturer (Variable Hours)
£34.04 or £30.39 per hour depending on qualifications

Hours: Evenings – negotiable between 3 hours and 15 hours per week, depending on demand

This is a teaching role which involves workshop learning, your priority will be to engage and inspire our students to achieve their full potential. On a typical evening you will be:
- Demonstrating and teaching practical skills in our Welding workshop
- Plate welding lap welds, fillet welds, open corner welds in a variety of weld positions
- Pipe welding 1G,2G, 5G, 6G in all welding processes
- Carry out destructive testing of students completed welds
Relevant industrial experience would be invaluable, along with experience of sharing your skills in an educational/training environment.
