Conveyancing Assistant – Leeds (Hybrid Working)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cases are promptly opened after receiving new instructions from lender clients
  • Cross-reference and verify information before issuing initial packs to borrower solicitors
  • Interpret mortgage offers, identify special conditions and issue necessary documentation to borrower solicitors
  • Liaise with client lenders, technical advisors and assist with complex matters
  • Chase borrower solicitors for signed documentation and title documents to progress cases
  • Assist with process queries and take messages for conveyancers, as needed
  • Request completion funds and manage completion

Despite the high volume of work, the firm prioritises manageable caseloads for staff with a capped caseload and an outstanding bonus structure to boost your basic salary.
