  • We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking a Paralegal to join their Property Litigation team.
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the Leeds office and two days working remotely.

  • The ideal candidate should have a law degree or equivalent, with previous litigation or dispute resolution experience, preferably in property law, and strong drafting skills.
  • The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience.

Wearepartneringwitha highlyregardedlawfirmthatisseekinga ParalegaltojointheirPropertyLitigationteam.Thisisahybridrole,requiringthreedaysperweekinthe Leedsofficeandtwodaysworkingremotely.

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillsupportsolicitorswhilealsobuildingtheirowncaseload.Thisroleoffersexposuretoa broadrangeofpropertylitigationmatters,including:

  • Breachoftenancy
  • Anti-socialbehaviourandunauthorisedoccupiers
  • Injunctionproceedings
  • Disrepairclaims
  • Claimsagainstleaseholders,includingforfeiture

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Draftandprepareclaimforms,pleadings,andwitnessstatements.
  • Preparetrialbundlesandattendcourttoassistbarristers.
  • Conductadvocacyincountycourtforroutinematters.

IdealCandidate:

  • Lawdegree(orequivalent)withpreviouslitigation/disputeresolutionexperience,preferablyinpropertylaw.
  • Strongdraftingskillswiththeabilitytopreparepleadingsandwitnessstatements.
  • First-classorganisationalandcommunicationskills.
