We are seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales activities as well as improving the customer service experience.

Description
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, service team/account managers ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient processes.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and managing key accounts.
- Handle customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales invoices accurately and promptly.
- Providing phone and email support to customers - with a focus on quality, not volume
