JHE & Partners are proud to be working with a growing and dynamic business based in Garforth, Leeds, as they look to appoint a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take real ownership of their role in a friendly and fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required - just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay organised and focused under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage data accurately within internal systems and databases
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for on-site staff
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing and document management
  • Assist with the accreditation process for site employees
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage staff scheduling
  • Prepare and assemble job files ahead of project start dates
  • Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and records
  • Coordinate with yard teams to manage material and vehicle logistics
  • Communicate with site Supervisors to collect progress photographs
  • Organise and prepare signage for trailers and other materials

Additional Information:

This is a permanent, full-time position. Working hours are 10:30am-7:30pm Monday to Friday. There is a Saturday working rota (May to November), paid in addition to your basic salary. Depending on the rota there is probably 4 per year.
