My client are a global firm with an excellent reputation in their field who are looking for a Business Administrator to join the team initially on a 12 Month FTC. The ideal candidate will need previous Administration experience, be extremely organised with strong communication skills.
As a Business Administrator your duties will include:
- Organise internal and external meetings
- Liaise with key stakeholders
- Attend and minute meetings
- Coordinate and deliver reports for the team
- Assist with travel related queries
As a Business Administrator you will have the following skills:
- Previous Administration experience in a corporate environment
- Previous experience managing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient on Microsoft Office
