Business Operations Manager
Location: Leeds, LS19 7YA
Salary: Starting at £45,000 per annum, DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30 pm, including 30 minute lunch break)
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Autism Partnership, an Ofsted-registered organisation, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Operations Manager to support our management team.
We were established in 1994 in Los Angeles, California and we are one of the world's most reputable Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) service providers. We have been operating in the UK since 2000, with our UK centres located in both Leeds and London.
We employ over 200 psychologists, consultants and practitioners worldwide!
As our Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to ensure operational functions comply with company standards.
- Overseeing overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
- Processing invoices, payroll, expenses, and debts.
- Managing new inquiries and process new client intakes.
- Reviewing service and salary rates annually.
- Developing and manage annual budget review.
- Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Forecasting and report on manpower utilisation.
- Overseeing recruitment process.
- Strategic planning for development of ABA therapy services in the UK.
- Overseeing the dissemination of the communications strategy across marketing vehicles (including PR, advertising, social media) to increase business growth.
- Developing and execute marketing strategies and plans in line with Autism Partnership goals and define resources to support them.
- Exploring and build relations with different stakeholders and potential partners in joint marketing activities.
- Driving all kinds of events, including workshops, office tours and industry conferences, etc.
- Preparing marketing materials, including sales collaterals, trainings, presentations, posters, etc.
- Liaising and collaborating with UK Clinical Directors, Autism Partnership Founding & Associate Directors, and Autism Partnership's international offices.
To be successful in this role you must possess:
- A degree in Business/Operations Management or equivalent/related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business/operations management, preferably in the education sector.
- Experience in the education/SEND field or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills, with great team facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and be able to multitask within tight timeframes.
- Ability to prioritise workload under pressure.
- Excellent in written and spoken English is a must.
- Computer literacy and understanding of vast technology.
- Experience of accounting software packages.
