Site Manager - Permanent - Leeds
PSR Solutions are currently working with a reputable client in the residential construction sector to recruit two experienced Site Managers to support their production team on a permanent basis in Leeds.
Role Overview
As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy residential construction site. Working alongside the Project Manager and wider site team, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of works to time, cost, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities
- Manage daily operations, including subcontractors, labourers, and suppliers
- Monitor work progress and ensure construction aligns with project plans and schedules
- Conduct site inspections to enforce quality and health & safety compliance
- Coordinate materials, plant, and logistics to meet daily site demands
- Quickly identify and resolve issues to avoid project delays
- Escalate major concerns while assisting in solution development
- Help maintain high standards of site presentation and workforce discipline
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role on a traditional build site
- Strong background working with subcontractors and site team
- Valid CSCS/ SMSTS / First Aid
- Full UK driving license
