What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead structural design from concept to delivery for major new builds and legacy structure assessments.

• Mentor junior team members and support their technical growth.

• Represent the consultancy externally—manage client expectations, budgets, deliverables, site activity, and technical quality.

• Apply Eurocodes, advanced structural software (TEKLA, TEDDS, Masterseries), BIM, and FEA expertise in practical, sustainable ways.

Your Profile:

• BEng/MEng or MSc in Structural/Civil Engineering.

• Chartered or near-chartered with IStructE or ICE.

• Proven design skills in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.

• Commercially astute, client-focused, and confident on-site.

• UK driving licence.
