Are you looking for a Ward Manager role in a leading mental health care provider in Leeds?
Search are working with a national healthcare provider to recruit a RMN ward manager for their hospital, specialising in the care of adult women with complex mental health needs.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Clinical Leadership of the ward including governance and quality
- Managing the clinical and non-clinical staff, contributing to their development, including recruitment and supervision
- Providing part of the leadership team and attending meetings with third parties and outside agencies.
We are interested to hear from people who:
- Are a qualified RMN with an active PIN
- Experienced in management and supervision as a nurse
- Able to travel to a Leeds location
- Work flexibly around a Monday-Friday contract as and when needed
