We are recruiting on behalf of our established client for an General Office Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and used to tackling a number of tasks in a fast paced environment. A positive attitude and an eagerness to contribute to a hardworking team will serve you well.

Providing general administrative support to the entire team your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Accurately inputting data into internal systems and databases

  • Booking accommodation and any travel requirements for site staff

  • General office duties including filling and maintaining documentation

  • Assisting with site employee accreditation

  • Liaising with the operations manager regarding employee scheduling

  • Preparing and compiling job files for upcoming projects

  • Updating and maintaining internal spreadsheets

  • Liaising with yard loaders to coordinate material and vehicle movement

  • Liasing with Supervisors for job progress photos

  • Managing and preparing trailer signs

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience in an office-based environment preferable

  • Ability to set personal deadlines and manage own workload

  • Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft office (Word, excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and remain calm under pressure
