Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and maintain data on HR systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Take notes during HR meetings as required.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including posting job adverts, responding to enquiries, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support the HR Advisor with onboarding tasks such as new starter paperwork and pre-employment checks.
- Monitor and respond to queries from HR mailboxes, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain volunteer records and ensure compliance with DBS and reference checks.
- Assist with documentation and organisation for special HR projects.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and manage external door entry.
- File, scan, and archive HR documents.
- Perform other general HR administrative duties as needed.

- Attend required meetings, including one full staff meeting per term.
- Participate in regular supervision and appraisal sessions.
