Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and maintain data on HR systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Take notes during HR meetings as required.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including posting job adverts, responding to enquiries, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Support the HR Advisor with onboarding tasks such as new starter paperwork and pre-employment checks.
  • Monitor and respond to queries from HR mailboxes, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain volunteer records and ensure compliance with DBS and reference checks.
  • Assist with documentation and organisation for special HR projects.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, and manage external door entry.
  • File, scan, and archive HR documents.
  • Perform other general HR administrative duties as needed.

  • Deliver high-quality work consistently and on time.
  • Adhere to all Barca Leeds policies and procedures.
  • Attend required meetings, including one full staff meeting per term.
  • Participate in regular supervision and appraisal sessions.
  • Undertake training as agreed with your manager.
