Job Description:
- Reporting into the Head of Payroll managing a staff of 5
- Overseeing the payroll administration for over 3000 employees
- Ensure that the payroll is processed accurately and on time
- Management of multi company payroll
- Dealing with the complex payroll queries that may arise and escalating them within the business where required
- Suggesting improvements and streamlining processes where required
- Dealing with National Minimum Wage
- Experience of processing of holidays
Successful candidate:
- Will have worked in a similar role before
- Attention to detail
- Previous management experience
- Excellent communication skills
