Key Responsibilities:

As a Recruitmrent & Culture Co-ordinator, you'll:

  • Support across the full employee life cycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Provide proactive and efficient support to employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Take ownership of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, absence management, and leaver administration.
  • Maintain HR systems and data accuracy to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance learning, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you're a natural connector who builds trust easily.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the confidence to take initiative.
  • Tech-savviness and confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems (SAP or SuccessFactors) would be a plus.
  • Experience in a corporate or office-based environment is beneficial.
